Concrete Grinding was commissioned to carry out superflat floor grinding at a very narrow aisle (VNA) warehouse facility in Livingston, Scotland. The client, Prestige Leisure Ltd, one of the leading distributors of branded leisurewear required grinding work to make their new warehouse floor suitable for VNA operation.

CoGri Australia Pty Ltd was commissioned to bring a newly completed narrow aisle floor into tolerance using the Laser Grinder® system. Despite the floor achieving fantastically high FF/FL numbers (FF for flatness and FL for levelness), the floor still failed to fully comply with the required narrow aisle flatness tolerance for the Crown forklift truck. Grinding to the brand new floor required only 81m from a total 235m to be ground.

CoGri Australia have just completed a Laser Grinding project in Melbourne. Three wheel track grinding was carried out to the Concrete Society TR34 DM2 specification in 830 linear metres of aisle.

Concrete Grinding Ltd has successfully carried out their third Laser Grinding contract in Australia, working for CoGri Australia Pty Ltd, formed at the end of 2010. The client, an international perfumery company, required 7 aisles of 48m (336m total) to be upgraded to suit VNA operation.
